Obytný soubor na ul. Pastviny v Brně - Komíně

Abstract

Územie, pojednávané je situované na okraji mesta Brna, Brno –Komín. V súčasnom čase má status mestskej časti, ktorá sa nachádza severozápadne od mesta Brna. Napriek svojej blízkej polohe k centru mesta si ráz pôvodného charakteru dediny či menšieho mestečka zachoval. Prínosom je najmä jeho blízke okolie krajiny zvažujúcej sa zo všetkých strán, kde sa nachádza. Dizajn urbanistického návrhu je založený na dvoch obytných častiach pozdĺž dvoch osí smerujúc zo juhu na sever. Tieto osy sa stávajú vodiacimi prvkami pre obytnú ulicu, z ktorej sú orientované všetky hlavné vstupy budov. Ulica sa vo výške rozdeľuje na dva prvky, výškovo rozdielne platformy, ktoré oddeľujú automobilovú dopravu od pešej. Hlavným cieľom návrhu bolo vytvorenie štruktúry obytných budov pre viacgeneračné bývanie. Vytvorenie základného priestorového rámca, v ktorom si môže daná rodina navrhnúť členenie izieb a tiež ich orientáciu. Následne konštrukčný systém, ktorý bol zvolený odpovedá nutnosti preklenutia veľkých priestorov s cieľom ponechať isté rozhodnutia na obyvateľovi.The given area is situated on the edge of Brno, Brno- Komín. Today, it is known as the town district that is located northwest from Brno. Despite its close connection with the city center, it still has the character of the original small town or even a village. The advantage of its surrounding area is mainly ist the natural forest coming in from surrounding sides of the valley in which it sits. The proposed urban design is based on two residential areas along axis coming from south to north direction. The axes are the base lines for residential street from which all the main entries of housing are located. The street divides into two levels, as it represents two distinct level platforms, where vehicles are divided from pedestrians. The aim was to create a housing structure for multigenerational families. To create a main room frame in which given family could decide about the plan of rooms as well as orientation. Hence the material structure was selected so one large room could be sheltered giving the opportunity for inhabitant input.
