Výběr vhodné formy externího financování podniků

Abstract

Bakalářská práce řeší otázku, prostřednictvím jakých zdrojů financování by bylo nejefektivnější pořízení potřebného vybavení pro danou firmu. Detailněji se zabývá analýzou produktů leasingových společností a bankovních institucí, zejména finančním leasingem a investičními úvěry. Podstatou bakalářské práce je nalézt na základě zhodnocení provedených analýz jednotlivých produktů optimální variantu externího financování konkrétního zařízení, které současně respektuje kritéria požadovaná firmou.The bachelor’s thesis deals with the question which sources of financing would be the most efficient for the respective company when buying the necessary equipment. It deals also with the product analysis of leasing companies and banks, especially with the financial leasing and loans for fixed assets. The core of this work is to find an optimal variantion of external financing, based on the performed analysis evaluation of the particular products, which would also respects the criteria set by a company
