dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o motivaci zaměstnanců ve stavebních podnicích. Cílem je zjistit na jaké úrovni se nachází motivace dělníků a manažerů, z různých oborů stavebního odvětví a následně tuto situaci vyhodnotit a navrhnout možné zlepšení. První část, tedy teoretická, je věnována základním pojmům a teoriím, které úzce souvisí s touto bakalářskou prací. V další, praktické části, kde z výsledků polo-strukturovaných rozhovorů, které provedu s dotazovanými zaměstnanci, potvrdím či vyvrátím předem definované hypotézy. Dle výsledků jsou navržena případná zlepšení, která by napomohla ke zlepšení situace v českém stavebnictví.	cs
dc.description.abstract	This bachelor´s thesis deals motivation of employees at construction companies. The main goal is to determine on which level is motivation of workers and managers from different areas of building and the next evaluate the situation and suggest improvements. First, theoretical, part is about basic concepts and theories. In second, practical, part are confirmed or denied hypothesis defined before. This is made thanks to results of semi-structured interview which were made with employees. According to the results are proposed solutions which may leed to better situation in czech building.	en
