dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá funkčními díly a jejich úrovněmi standardů na jednopodlažních rodinných domech. V teoretické části se řeší pojmy, jako jsou rozpočty, ceny, náklady, oceňování a funkční díly staveb. Práce má za úkol vydefinovat druhy standardu vybraných funkčních dílů a určit jejich indexy, které zohledňují různé materiálové a konstrukční řešení jednotlivých částí stavebního objektu.	cs

The theoretical part deals with concepts such as budgets, prices, costs, valuations and functional parts of buildings.
