Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce bylo vytvoření jednotlivých stupňů projektové dokumentace – Dokumentace pro stavební povolení, Dokumentace pro provedení stavby a Studie z předmětu AG35. Předmětem projektu je novostavba Autocentra skupiny VW, které bude sloužit k prodeji, záručním i pozáručním opravám a servisu automobilů Škoda, Seat, Volkswagen a Audi. Stavba bude umístěna v městě Brně na pozemku mezi ulicemi Cejl a Jana Svobody, který je veden Magistrátem města Brna v mapě brownfields pod číslem 3402. Má výměru 1,1 ha a Územním plánem je určen pro smíšené plochy. Řešení by mělo brát v úvahu okolní zástavbu a sousedství řeky Svitavy. Stavba je umístěna tak, aby z urbanistického hlediska dotvářela ulici, tudíž základní hmota je napojena na stávající objekt a hrany korespondují s uličními čarami. Je bráno v úvahu sousedství nábřeží řeky Svitavy, kde bude umístěna vhodná zeleň. Areál tak bude působit dobrým dojmem, a navíc nábřeží řeky Svitavy dostane nový a lepší vzhled. Návrh hmoty celého objektu vychází ze dvou hlavních částí. První částí je upoutat co nejvíce zákazníků, a tudíž umístění podélné hmoty kopírující uliční čáru, kde budou vystavovány vozy. Tím se dostáváme k druhé části a tou je navázání hmoty a doplnění hmoty ke stávajícímu objektu tak, aby ulice působila celistvě. Z tohoto základu tedy vychází podélná výstavní hala, otevírající své reklamní možnosti do ulice, na kterou navazuje hmota servisu. Cílem je vytvořit ucelenou a dobře fungující stavbu, jejíž provozy jsou vzájemně propojeny. Návaznost jednotlivých dílčích celků servisu a showroomu byla jedním z nejdůležitějších prvků při návrhu této stavby.The aim of the bachelor’s thesis was to create various stages of the project documentation – The Documentation for building permission and The Documentation for construction and The Study of the subject AG35. The project involves a new VW Group Autocentre which will be used for sale, warranty and post-warranty repairs and servicing Škoda, Seat, Volkswagen and Audi. The building will be located in the city of Brno on the land between Cejl and Jan Svoboda’s street, which is headed by the Brno City Hall in the brownfields map under the number 3402. It is an area of 1.1 ha, which is intended for mixed areas by Spatial Plan. The solution should take into account the surrounding area and the neighbouring Svitava river. The building is located so it would complete the street from the urban point of view, so the base mass is connected to the existing building and the edges correspond to the street lines. It is taken into account the neighbourhood of the Svitava riverbank, where will be located suitable greenery. The area will make a good impression and, moreover, the embankment of the Svitava river will get a new and better look. The design of the whole object is based on two main parts. The first part is to attract as many customers as possible, thus placing the longitudinal mass copying the street line, where the cars will be displayed. This brings us to the second part, and that is the connection of matter and the addition of matter to the existing building, so that the streets act intact. From this base come out the longitudinal exhibition hall, which opens its advertising possibilities to the street, to which the mass of service is connected. The purpose of this project is to create compact and well-functioning building with operations which are interconnected. A continuity of the individual parts of the service and the showroom was one of the most important elements in designing this building.
