Analýza možností propojení stavebně-ekonomických software a software pro technické kreslení

Abstract

Předmětem práce je analýza možností datového propojení software pro stavebně-projekční činnost se software stavebně-ekonomickými pro sestavování rozpočtů z hlediska informačního modelování budov. V teoretické části je řešena problematika BIM. Obsahuje obecné vymezení metody a jejích základů, řeší možné přínosy, současný stav implementace v ČR i zahraničí, vztah k účastníkům stavebního procesu a k životnímu cyklu budovy. V další části jsou popsány současně používané postupy ve fázi oceňování stavebního díla. Poslední, praktická část práce obsahuje návrh možnosti propojení dat mezi software pro tvorbu BIM modelu a cenovými podklady pro rozpočtování za účelem efektivnějšího přenosu potřebných informací a zjednodušení procesu oceňování.The subject of the thesis is the analysis of the possibilities of data linking of building design software with building-economical software for budgeting from the point of view of building information modeling. The theoretical part deals with BIM issues. It contains a general definition of the method and its bases, addresses the possible benefits, the current state of implementation in the Czech Republic and abroad, the relationship with the participants in the building process and the life cycle of the building. The next part describes the currently used procedures in the building valuation phase. The last, practical part of the thesis contains a draft of linking the data between the software for creating the BIM model and the cost documentation for budgeting in order to transfer the necessary information more efficiently and simplify the valuation process.
