Abstract
Práce se zabývá návrhem souboru metropolitních objektů v lokalitě Grand v návaznosti na stávající charakter místa v centru města Brna. Návrh polyfunkčního domu v severní části parcely s ohledem na urbanistickou strukturu okolí. Soubor objektů zatraktivňuje dlouhodobě nevyužitou proluku v tzv. Ringstrasse.
The thesis is concerned with the concept of series of metropolitan objects located near Grand, following the current character of the place in the centre of Brno. The concept of polyfunctional building in the north part of the site takes into account an urbanistic structure of the area. The series of objects revitalizes long term unused infill in so called Ringstrasse.
