Městská knihovna v Přerově

Abstract

Hlavním úkolem této práce je dokázat vhodnost zvolené lokality, lokality Na Marku, pro výstavbu nového objektu Městské knihovny v Přerově. Návrh ukazuje jedno z možných řešení, které počítá se zachováním části archeologických nálezů v této lokalitě a s jejich zpřístupněním veřejnosti. Vzhledem k umístění objektu na nábřeží řeky Bečvy, je jeho hmota navržena jako organická s návazností na řeku a město.The main goal of this thesis is to prove the suitability of the chosen locality called “Na Marku“ for building of a new object – the City Library in Přerov. The project shows one of the possible solutions, which takes into account keeping part of the archeological findings in this locality and its access to the public. As the building would be located on the banks of the river Bečva, organic materials have been suggested for the building, which would harmonize with the river and the town.
