Abstract
Příspěvek seznamuje s problematikou forenzní environmentalistiky, historií a jejím současným vývojem ve světě i v České republice. Hlavním cílem této vědní disciplíny je snaha o propojení vědy o životním prostředí a práva, díky kterým by mělo dojít k urychlení a usnadnění soudních procesů, stejně jako znaleckých posudků ve věcech škody na majetku a složkách životního prostředí, jejich rozsahu a výši újmy. Je tak vhodným nástrojem v oborech soudního inženýrství, kde jsou využívány metody a analýzy k hodnocení a odhalování odpovědnosti a škod.
The post introduces the issues of Environmental Forensics,history and the current developments in the world and in the Czech republic. The main objective in this scientific discipline is the attempt to interconnection of environmental science and law. Through this interconnection should be to accelerate and facilitate the judicial processes, as well as the expert evidences in cases of damage to property and environmental components, their scales and level of the damage. Environmental Forensics is the suitable tool in the fields of Forensic Engineering, where are useful methods and analysis to assessment and detection of responsibility and damages.
