Aplikace agilních metodik ve vybrané firmě

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem a následnou aplikací vybraných agilních prvků do procesu fungování IT oddělení ve vybrané firmě. Práce obsahuje 3 kapitoly. V první kapitole je zpracován teoretický podklad, který popisuje základy projektového řízení a popis tradičních způsobů vývoje. V závěru teoretického podkladu jsou detailněji popsány agilní metodiky, zejména Scrum a Kanban. V druhé kapitole je představena vybraná společnost společně s analýzou současného stavu a popisem aktuálního způsobu práce. Z výsledku analýz jsou identifikovány oblasti, ke kterým jsou vytvořeny návrhy na řešení jednotlivých problémů.The diploma thesis is focused on design and application of selected agile elements into the processes of IT department in selected company. Thesis contains 3 chapters. The first chapter is focused on explenation of the theoretical background, which describes the basics of project management and descriptions of traditional development methods. At the end of the theoretical background, agile methodologies, especially Scrum and Kanban, are described in detail. In the second chapter, the selected company is introduced and described, analysis of the current state and description of current way of working is done. From the results of the analysis, areas are identified for which suggestion are made to solve particular problems.
