Abstract
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá informačními systémy a metodou jejich správného výběru. Teoretická část práce představuje problematiku informačních systémů, ERP systémů, jejich posouzení a výběr. Vlastní řešení představuje návrh informační strategie zkoumané firmy a provedení hrubého výběru nového firemního informačního systému. Nejdříve jsou použity analýzy současného systému a dále následuje vlastní řešení, které se skládá z posouzení informační strategie a výběru vyhovujícího informačního systému.
This master thesis is aimed at information systems and a correct method of their selection. The theoretical part introduces the dilemma within information systems, ERP systems, their examination and selection. Fisrtly there are some analyses of the existing system operating in company and after that follows own solution which consists of information strategy determination and the selection of convenient information system.
