| dc.description.abstract | Předmětem diplomové práce je vyhodnocení obchodní a finanční výkonnosti společnosti PBS Turbo s.r.o. pomocí metody benchmarkingu. První část diplomové práce se zabývá základními pojmy a také poskytuje relevantní informace z odborné literatury. V analýze současného stavu jsou základní informace o vybrané společnosti včetně strategické analýzy a také je uvedeno srovnání společnosti s vybranými konkurenty. Na základě zjištěných nedostatků jsou navržena doporučení, která by mohla vést ke zlepšení obchodní a finanční situace společnosti. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the financial and business performance of PBS Turbo s.r.o. using benchmarking methods. The first part deals with basic concepts and also provides relevant information from the trade literature. The analysis of the current state provides information about the selected company, including strategic analysis, and also provides a comparison of the company with selected competitors. Based on the findings, recommendations for the business and financial performance of the company are presented in order to possibly improvement. | en |
