Industry 4.0 v oblasti výrobních strojů

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je přiblížit vizi konceptu Industry 4.0 v oblasti výrobních strojů. První část je věnována shrnutí světových národních iniciativ reagujících na měnící se podobu dnešního průmyslu. Následuje vysvětlení základních principů a technologií umožňujících vizi uskutečnit. Druhá část je věnována návrhu implementace konceptu do výrobní buňky obsahující CNC obráběcí stroje, průmyslové roboty a kontrolní pracoviště. V této části jsou shrnuty přínosy plynoucí z nasazení popisovaných technologií a také překážky, bránící dosažení cílů vize.The task of this bachelor thesis is to explain the vision of the concept Industry 4.0 in the area of production machines. First part is dedicated to summarize national initiatives in the world which are reacting to the changing conditions of nowadays industry. In this part are also explained basic principles and technologies which allow to make the vision possible. The second part is dedicated to design a workcell with implemented solutions of the concept. This workcell includes CNC machine tools, industrial robots and the control station. There are also summarized benefits of implementing described technologies and obstacles which are standing in the way of achieving the goals of the vision.
