| dc.description.abstract | Ve své diplomové práci se zabývám reportingem. V teoretické části, práce vysvětluje pojem reportingu, jako jedné ze základních funkcí controllingu, SLEPTE analýzu, Porterův model pěti sil – analýza konkurence, Kralickův Quick test a SWOT analýzu. Praktická část se zabývá návrhem analytické evidence a tvorbou tabulek. Na základě závěru provedených analýz jsou zpracována doporučení, která by mohla umožnit zlepšení situace firmy. | cs |

In the first part – theoretic one – the thesis explains the conception of reporting as the one of contolling basic functions, SLEPTE analysis and Porter´s model of competitive environment, Kralickuv Quick and SWOT analysis.
