dc.description.abstract	Cieľom bakalárskej práce je spracovanie projektovej dokumentácie pre ohlásenie stavby uvedenej v § 104 ods. 1 písm. a) až e) stavebného zákona alebo pre vydanie stavebného povolenia pre bytový dom v katastrálnom území mesta Brno-Bystrc. Objekt sa nachádza na okraji mesta v zastaviteľnom území určeného pre bývanie, na pomerne rovinatej parcele č. 2632/3. Jedná sa o novostavbu v území, kde sa už nachádzajú bytové domy z obdobia druhej polovice 20. storočia, z nich je väčšina po modernizácií. Bytový dom je umiestený v strede parcely a nijak svojim objemom nenarúša pôvodný charakter zástavby. Objekt je navrhnutý ako nepodpivničený bytový dom so 7 nadzemnými podlažiami, v ktorých sa nachádza celkovo 14 bytov (dva na každom podlaží). 12 bytov je určených pre 3 až 4 členné rodiny, 2 byty na prízemí sú riešené ako bezbariérové pre 2 osoby s možnosťou garážového státia. Z dôvodu zabezpečenia parkovacích miest pre dopravu v kľude je nutné na pozemku vybudovať parkovisko, takisto je nutné vybudovať chodník pre chodcov. Konštrukčný systém objektu je stenový, murovaný z keramických tvárnic. Pre urýchlenie výstavby sú stropné konštrukcie navrhnuté z veľkoplošných filigránových panelov. Strecha je plochá.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The aim of this bachelor thesis is creation of design documentation for notification of structures said in Paragraph 104 (1) (a - e) of the building act, or for issuing of building permission for apartment building in cadaster unit of city Brno-Bystrc. The building is located on the outskirts of city to be built-up are set for habitation. The chosen parcel of land number 2632/3 is relatively flat. The apartment building will be built in where are the apartment buildings from second half of 20th century are standing. Most of the buildings were modernized lately. The new building is place in the middle of the parcel and won’t intrude original development look. The object is designed as apartment building with seven above – ground floors without cellar. In the building there are 14 apartments, two flats on each floor. Twelve flats are defined for three or four membered families, remaining two flats located on the ground floor are designed as accessible apartment for two people with reduced mobility and orientation. These two flats have reserved parking space in garage. Because it is necessary to have enough parking spaces for whole apartment building there will be create car park with pavement on the parcel. Structural system of the building is wall masonry system made up of clay bricks. Floor structure is designed from large-dimensioned filigree floor slabs because of low time requirement.	en
