dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na kalkulaci finančních nákladů vznikajících při výstavbě, což je v současné době velmi aktuální téma. Reálné platy se stále snižují, a tak se malý investoři stále více zamýšlejí nad každou korunou vydanou na výstavbu vlastního bydlení. Cílem práce je analýza nákladů na výstavbu rodinného domu stavěného buď svépomocí, nebo pomocí generální dodávky stavební firmy. Na konkrétní zakázce se tato práce snaží ukázat všechny klady a zápory těchto dvou druhů výstavby a dále se zaměřuje na vyčíslení všech finančních a časových nákladů spojených s výstavbou.	cs
dc.description.abstract	This bachelor's thesis focuses on the calculation of financial costs related to the construction, which is currently a hot topic. Real wages are still lower, so small investors increasingly reflect on every dollar expended on construction of private housing. The aim of the work is to analyze the cost to build a house built of either yourself or through general contracting construction company. On a specific contract, this work aims to show all the pros and cons of these two types of constructions and focuses on the quantification of the financial and time costs associated with construction.	en
