Automatizace procesů ve firemním prostředí pro Treasury oddělení

Abstract

Diplomová práca sa zaoberá návrhom automatizovaného riešenia procesu spracovania manuálnych platieb v Treasury oddelení vo vybranej spoločnosti. V úvodnej časti práce sú predstavené teoretické východiská súvisiace s procesným riadením a jeho zlepšovaním, ktoré tvoria základ pre následný návrh riešenia. Práca ďalej analyzuje súčasný stav spoločnosti a vybraného procesu, pričom využíva mapovanie procesu, definovanie zodpovedností a štúdiu realizovateľnosti. Na základe zhromaždených zistení je následne navrhnutá automatizácia, ktorej cieľom je optimalizácia procesu a zvýšenie transparentnosti spracovania žiadostí.The thesis deals with the design of an automated solution for the manual payments processing in the Treasury department of a selected company. In the introductory part of the thesis, the theoretical background related to process management and its improvement are presented, which form the basis for the design of the solution. The thesis further analyses the current state of the company and the selected process, using process mapping, responsibility definition and a feasibility study. Based on the gathered findings, an automation is then proposed to optimize the process and increase the transparency of the requests processing.
