dc.description.abstractThe progress of transformation of the worldwide economic system entails the need for evaluation of innovation performance of the EU Member States. Progress achieved in research, development and innovation has been monitored on a regular basis since 1993. The present article focuses on survey of innovations and their results in the form of the Summary Innovation Index for EU countries. Further focus in on innovations in the building material industry in the Czech Republic from the viewpoint of technical product innovation with regard to revenues from the innovated products and cooperation in the process of innovation. A building material provider has been selected to introduce a particular innovation process from the initial idea to the product marketing. The article further describes the options of intellectual property right protection by patent or industrial or utility model in the Czech Republic.en
dc.description.abstractPrůběh transformace celosvětového ekonomického systému s sebou nese nutnost pro hodnocení inovační výkonnosti členské státy EU. Pokrok v oblasti výzkumu, vývoje a inovací, byla sledována pravidelně od roku 1993. Tento článek se zaměřuje na průzkum inovací a jejich výsledků v podobě Souhrnný index inovací pro EU zemích. Dále zaměřit se na inovace v průmyslu stavebních hmot v České republice z hlediska technického inovace produktu, pokud jde o příjmy z inovovaných produktů a spolupráce v procesu inovací. Budova Poskytovatel materiál byl vybrán, aby zavedly konkrétní inovační proces od počátečního nápadu až po uvádění výrobků na trh. Článek dále popisuje možnosti ochrany práv duševního vlastnictví podle patentu nebo průmyslového nebo užitného vzoru v Česká republika.cs
