Abstract
Cílem mé bakalářské práce je odhalení nejčastějších nedostatků a problémů při skončení pracovního poměru a nalezení optimálních řešení, jak těmto problémům předcházet, což přinese pozitivní výsledky všem účastníkům pracovněprávních vztahů, soudům a státu.
The aim of this Bachelor´s thesis is to find problems at the termination of employment, and to propose solutions to prevent these problems. It should produce positive results to the employers and employees as well as to the court and the state.
