Analýza rizik nástrojářské dílny

Abstract

Diplomová práca sa zaoberá analýzou rizík vybraných strojových zariadení podľa platných legislatívnych dokumentov na Slovensku, prevzatých zo smerníc Európskej únie. Práca je zameraná aj na skúmanie legislatívy vzťahujúcej sa k bezpečnosti nástrojárskej dielne v Českej Republike a v Nemecku a preto bol pre jej účely vykonaný rešerš harmonizovaných štandardov aj v týchto krajinách. Následne je vykonaná identifikácia nebezpečenstiev podľa rešeršovaných noriem a zhodnotenie riadiacich prvkov systému na základe výkonnostnej úrovne systému. Na záver sú všetky dosiahnuté informácie vyhodnotené, navrhnuté preventívne opatrenia a možnosti odstránenia rizík aj so zohľadnením ekonomických faktorov.This master`s thesis deals with a hazard analysis of selected machinery according to an actual legislative documents in Slovakia, which were taken over from Europien Union directives. The thesis is focused on exploring legislation related to the safety of toolroom workshop in the Czech Republic and Germany. Because of that was done the recherché of harmonized standards in these countries. Subsequently is made the identification of hazards under recherched standards and assessment of control system based on the performance level of the system. In the end are all obtained data evaluated and the precautionary measures are suggested. With taking care of economic factors are finally proposed the possibilities of the elimination of risks.
