Geolokace síťových zařízení v internetových sítích

Abstract

This article describes the the principles and use geolocation methods for determining the geographic location of network devices. To store information about the owners of Internet domains were created databases that often contain a record of the geographical location of registered network devices tied to their IP address. In order to compare the accuracy of registration was created an application that allows you to compare the accuracy of Whois records from the database and GeoIP.Článek popisuje principy a využití geolokačních metod pro určování geografické polohy síťových zařízení. Pro ukládání informací o vlastnících internetových domén byly vytvořeny databáze, které často obsahují záznamy o geografické poloze registrovaných síťových zařízení vázané k jejich IP adrese. Za účelem porovnání přesnosti záznamů byla vytvořená aplikace, pomocí které lze porovnávat přesnost záznamů z databáze Whois a GeoIP.
