Abstract
This paper is a part of a project dealing with merging radar reflectivity data from multiplesources and distribution of the results to aircraft. Intervals of incoming data will be varying and thusthe total radar image will contain areas of obsolete data. Forecasting algorithms must be applied topredict evolution in the obsoleted areas. The paper covers data processing for subsequent applicationof nowcasting prediction.
