Realizace hrubé vrchní stavby administrativní budovy v Senici

Abstract

Abstrakt Cieľom tejto bakalárskej práce je návrh a popis stavebne technologickej etapy hrubej stavby administratívnej budovy v Senici. Vrchná stavba je realizovaná pomocou systému Porotherm. V rámci práce je spracovaná technická a sprievodná správa pre danú etapu výstavby riešeného objektu, situovanie staveniska spolu s širšími vzťahmi k doprave a prístupovým trasám. Obsahuje technologické predpisy pre zadanú etapu murovania zvislých konštrukcií a zhotovenie stropných konštrukcií. Ďalej je riešená organizácia výstavby pre danú etapu a zariadenie staveniska spolu s dimenzovaním inžinierskych sietí. Je tu riešený časový plán pre technologickú etapu, rozpočet, návrh strojovej zostavy použitej pri zhotovení vrchnej hrubej stavby, bezpečnosť a ochrana zdravia pri práci, špecifikované kvalitatívne požiadavky na stavbu a ich zaistenie.The objective of this bachelor thesis is the design and description of the technological stage of the construction of an administration building located in the town of Senica. The superstructure is realized using the "Porotherm" system. In the thesis there is elaborated design and building documentation for the selected stage of the construction, configuration layout of the building site including wider relations to the traffic and access roads. The thesis contains technological prescriptions for the vertical masonry and ceiling structures. Furthermore there is solved organisation of the works in the selected stage and building site equipment including requirements for infrastructure networks. The time schedule, itemized budget a proposal for the machinery for the completion of the gross structure is presented. The occupational safety and health are taken into account; there are specified quality requirements, quality control and testing plan.
