dc.description.abstractCílem této bakalářské práce je řešení úkolu z průmyslové praxe. Zabývá se návrhem jednoúčelového automatického stroje, který slouží k ohýbání polotovarů pro výrobu cukrářských špiček. Součástí práce je rozbor technologie ohýbání a výčet použitelných možností pro konstrukční části stroje. Dále se práce zabývá konstrukcí stroje a výpočtem některých důležitých parametrů a částí stroje. Nakonec je proveden návrh řízení stroje a vytvoření pneumatického schématu.cs
dc.description.abstractThe aim of this thesis is addressing the challenge of industrial practice. Deals with the design of a dedicated automatic machine is used to bend semifinished products for the production of confectionery peaks. The work includes analysis of bending technology and the applicability of the possibilities for structural parts of the machine. Furthermore, the work deals with construction machinery and calculation parameters and some important parts. Finally, the design of a machine control system and the creation of the pneumatic diagram.en
