Mestský dom na nábreží – dom navrhnutý podľa urbanistického motta – ľudia sú tam, kde sú ľudia – a odlišných perspektiv vnímania – žijúce nábrežie podporené mestotvorným centrom voľného času na strešnej terase a parterom budovy. Dom, ktorý zblízka dopĺňa uličnú fasádu, a zdiaľky sa stáva dominantou nábrežia.City house on a river bank. Based around the idea of urban interaction, the house combines city-forming functions such as cafes and shops in the street level, free time centre for kids built around the roof terrace, and housing tower. The house is designed to attract people to the river bank, creating a valuable urban space.
