Vnitropodnikové směrnice obchodních korporací

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tvorbou vnitropodnikové směrnice v oblasti mezd pro společnost Smokies company s.r.o. Práce je rozdělena na tři části: na teoretickou, analytickou a návrhovou. V první části jsou vymezeny vnitropodnikové směrnice, pracovněprávní vztahy, odměňování zaměstnanců a účetní a daňové aspekty mezd. V druhé části je představena a analyzována vybraná společnost a je zhodnocen současný stav směrnic. Ve třetí části je zhotoven návrh vnitřního mzdového předpisu na základě konkrétních potřeb společnosti.The bachelor's thesis focuses on the creation of an internal company directive in the area of wages for the firm Smokies company s.r.o. The thesis is divided into three parts: theoretical, analytical, and proposal. The first part defines internal company directives, labor-law relations, employee remuneration, and the accounting and tax aspects of wages. The second part presents and analyzes the selected company and evaluates the current state of its directives. The third part proposes an internal wage regulation based on the specific needs of the company.
