Ďalej popisujem developerov, ich činnosť a druhy developerských projektov. Zameriavam sa tiež na financovanie a riadenie takýchto projektov. V praktickej časti predstavím developerský projekt, jeho jednotlivé etapy a popíšem spôsob jeho financovania.	cs

I describe developers, their activities and types of developer projects. Additionally, I look at the possibilities of financing and managing these projects. In the practical section, I present a developer project, its individual parts and finally describe the method of its financing.	en
