Nakládání s vodou v budovách

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou nakládání s vodami v budovách, konkrétně v podmínkách rodinného domu v Příměticích u Znojma. Cílem práce je analyzovat současný stav hospodaření s pitnou, srážkovou a odpadní vodou a navrhnout efektivní a udržitelné řešení s důrazem na úsporu pitné vody a využití alternativních možností. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou popsány druhy srážek, kvalita srážkových a odpadních vod, možnosti jejich předčištění a způsoby využití. Praktická část se zaměřuje na detailní analýzu stávajícího technického řešení domu, výpočty spotřeby a odtoku vod, návrh akumulační nádrže na dešťovou vodu a posouzení ekonomické návratnosti navržených opatření. Posouzena je také možnost odkanalizování s ekonomickým propočtem.The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of water management in buildings, specifically in the conditions of a family house in Přímětice near Znojmo. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the current state of drinking, rainwater and wastewater management and to propose an effective and sustainable solution with an emphasis on saving drinking water and using alternative options. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the types of precipitation, the quality of rainwater and wastewater, the possibilities of their pre-treatment and methods of use. The practical part focuses on a detailed analysis of the existing technical solution of the house, calculations of water consumption and drainage, the design of a rainwater storage tank and an assessment of the economic return on the proposed measures. The possibility of sewerage with an economic calculation is also assessed.
