dc.description.abstractCílem návrhu je revitalizovat území lemující ulice Nové sady, Úzká a stavba Malá Amerika. Toto nekultivované území se nachází v blízkosti centra města. Při navrhování objektů byl kladen důraz na potenciál vymezeného pozemku. Lokalitě je navrácen městský blok, který je ve špičce území pootevřen. Nároží dominuje rotující radniční věž. Kvůli bariéře přímo před radniční budovou je nutné vytvořit veřejný prostor přímo pod budovou. Proto spodní podlaží radnice ustupují dozadu. Koncept radniční věže a dotvoření městského bloku bytovým domem oživuje lokalitu a přináší do ní nové funkce, zkulturnění a větší bezpečnost. V návrhu se zároveň počítá se výsadbou a rekultivací zeleně v okolí směrem k Malé Americe. Návrh se tak snaží citelně začlenit novou zástavbu s co nejnižší zátěží životního prostředí.cs
dc.description.abstractThe aim of the design is to revitalize the area lined by the streets of Nové sady, Úzká, and the Malá Amerika building. This uncultivated place is located quite near to the city center. During the design, the main focus was placed on the potential of the defined area. The new buildings recreate the city block, which is partially opened at the top of the area. In the upper corner of the plot is dominated by the rotating town hall tower. The lower floors of the town hall building are receding backward for the necessity to create a public space under the building, due to a road barrier directly in front of the city hall. The concept of the town hall and the completion of the city block enlivens the locality, brings there new functions, culture, and safety. The proposal counts on planting and recultivating new greenery towards the Malá Amerika building. The whole design thus seeks significantly integrate the new complex with the lowest load on the environment.en
