Rodinný dům s provozovnou Moravany u Brna

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem nadstandardního rodinného domu s provozovnou v Moravanech u Brna na Jižní Moravě. Stavba je dvoupodlažní, částečně podsklepená a zastřešena plochými střechami. Provozovna slouží jako kadeřnictví. Projekt řeší trvalé bydlení pro čtyřčlennou rodinu s možností stání dvou osobních automobilů v garáži, která je propojena s objektem. Nad garáží je plochá střecha s funkcí terasy, nad obytnými částmi jsou ploché střechy s kačírkem. Konstrukční systém je převážně zděný z broušených cihelných tvárnic Porotherm, ale s monolitickými železobetonovými sloupy a stropy. Celý dům je zateplen polystyrenem. Objekt je navržen ve středně svažitém terénu. Součástí návrhu je tepelně technické posouzení, požárně bezpečnostní řešení a posouzení z hlediska akustiky a denního osvětlení. Práce obsahuje výkresovou a dokumentační část a je zpracována ve formě prováděcího projektu.This bachelor’s thesis deals with the design of above-standard detached house with establishment in Moravany u Brna in South Moravian region. It is designed as a two-story building with partial basement and it is roofed by flat roofs. The establishment is used as hairdressing saloon. The project deals with a permanent living of four people with possibility of the cars standing in garage which is connected to the house. Above the garage is the flat roof with terrace function, above the living parts are flat roofs with pea gravel. The construction system is mostly made of polished ceramic blocks Porotherm, but with cast-in-place reinforced concrete columns and ceilings. The whole house is insulated with expanded polystyrene. The building is standing in moderately sloping terrain. Part of the proposal is thermal engineering assessment, fire safety solutions and assessments in terms of acoustic and daylight. The thesis contains drawing and technical documentation and it is composed as an implementation project.
