Analýza realizace zelené střechy na mateřské škole Brno-Komín

Abstract

Článek analyzuje stavebně-technologické procesy při realizaci zelené střechy na objektu mateřské školky v městné části Brno-Komín. Nejdříve proběhla kontrola stávající střechy, návrh nového zastřešení a pak následná rekonstrukce a doplnění skladeb střechy. Dle lokality objektu bylo nutné vyřešit vhodnou dobu k umístění substrátu, aby nedošlo k jeho rozfoukání do okolí v případě silného větru.The article analyzes the construction-technological processes in the implementation of the green roof on the kindergarten building in the city district of Brno-Komín. Firstly, the existing roof was inspected, a new roof was designed, and then the roof structures were reconstructed and supplemented. Depending on the location of the building, it was necessary to solve a suitable time to place the substrate so that it does not blow into the surroundings in case of strong wind.
