Poslouží ke zhodnocení úrovně personalistiky ve firmách a jejich zájmu řešit problémy s ní spojené. V závěru bude navržen projekt na financování Assessment Centre z fondů Evropské unie.cs
dc.description.abstractThis bachelor´s essay describes Assessment Centre, which offers counseling services in the area of HR, it is part of personell agency and its purpose is to help their clients to solve problems with HR inside companies. This serves to evaluating of the HR´s level in the companies and their interest to solve problems connected with HR. Finally we will design the project for financing of the Assessment Centre from the funds of the European Union.en
