Budova je navržena, aby odpovídala nízkoenergetickému standardu. Objekt je čtyřpodlažní, postavený ve svahu, předmětem této práce je však jen obytná část čítající tři podlaží. První, neobytné podlaží přiléhá ke zbytku stavby jednou stěnou.	cs
