Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce zpracovává technické řešení novostavby rodinného domu na základě daného architektonického návrhu. Budova je navržena, aby odpovídala nízkoenergetickému standardu. Objekt je čtyřpodlažní, postavený ve svahu, předmětem této práce je však jen obytná část čítající tři podlaží. První, neobytné podlaží přiléhá ke zbytku stavby jednou stěnou.
The task of this bachelor's thesis is a technical solution of a family house based on a given architectural design. The building is meant to comply with the current low-energy standards. The house is four storeys tall in total, of which only the three uppermost storeys are given attention. The ground floor shares a single wall with the upper floors.
