dc.description.abstractCieľom mojej diplomovej práce bola rekonštrukcia takzvaného Szpiegowa vo Varšave, ktoré v 70. rokoch 20. storočia postavili Janusz Nowak a Piotr Sembrat ako obytný komplex pre ruských diplomatov. Posledných 20 rokov bolo miesto neobývané a pomaly chátralo, ale po ruskej invázii na Ukrajinu sa mestu konečne podarilo získať budovu späť a plánujú ju zrekonštruovať. Mojím zámerom pri prestavbe bolo navrhnúť bývanie pre študentov a kreatívcov na základe analýz okolia a súčasnej situácie v oblasti bývania vo Varšave. Súčasťou návrhu je aj revitalizácia vonkajších priestorov a dôležité prepojenie komplexu s okolím, keďže v súčasnosti je celá budova oplotená a úplne odrezaná od okolia. Okrem toho sa vďaka niektorým doplnkovým funkciám, ktoré budú prístupné pre všetkých, miesto oživí a bude mať potenciál stať sa novým lokálnym centrom pre obyvateľov Sielca a nových užívateľov.cs
dc.description.abstractThe aim of my master thesis was a reconstruction of the so-called Szpiegowo in Warsaw, which was built in the 1970s by Janusz Nowak and Piotr Sembrat as a residential complex for Russian diplomats. For the last 20 years the place was uninhabited and slowly falling into disrepair, but after the Russian invasion of Ukraine the city finally managed to reclaim the building and they are planning renovate it. My intention for the remodelling was to design housing for students and creatives based on analyses of the neighbo hood and the current housing situation in Warsaw. The design also includes the revitalization of the outdoor spaces and the important connection of the complex with its surroundings, since nowadays the whole building is fenced off and completely cut off from the neighborhood. In addition, thanks to some additional functions that will be accessible for everyone, the place will become more vivid and will have the potential to become a new local centre for the residents of Sielce and new users.en
