Abstract

Ve své diplomové práci analyzuji současný stav informačního systému ve firmě, se zaměřením na běžnou administrativu zakázky a výběr nového řešení, které celý proces zautomatizuje. Jako možné řešení navrhuji nový informační systém, který je navrhnut pomocí Yourdonovy moderní strukturované analýzy nebo výběr komerčního řešení, které již na trhu existuje. Součástí výběru nového řešení je funkční analýza a ekonomické zhodnocení investice.In my graduation thesis I analyse the present state of information system at a company. I focus on the general administration of an order and a choice of innovative system that will lead to automation of the entire process. As one of the possible solutions I recommend a new information system that uses Yourdon’s modern structured analysis. Another possibility is one of the commercial solutions already available in the market. The part of the new solution is functional analysis and economic evaluation of the investment.
