Návrh podnikatelského záměru pro založení kavárny v Uherském Ostrohu

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá vytvořením podnikatelského záměru na založení kavárny v Uherském Ostrohu, která se bude zaměřovat na speciální nabídku nápojů a dezertů. Tato práce začíná částí teoretickou, kde je provedena literární rešerše na dané téma, což je potřebné pro vypracování dalších částí. Na část teoretickou navazuje analýza současného stavu, která obsahuje analýzu obecného okolí, oborového okolí a analýzu SWOT. Je zde taky proveden marketingový výzkum zaměřený na zjištění preferencí a poptávky potenciálních zákazníků. Následuje část návrhová, kde jsou využity výsledky analýz a marketingového výzkumu a je sestaven organizační, provozní, marketingový a finanční plán. Na úplném konci práce je nalezen bod zvratu a zhodnocena návratnost investice.The thesis deals with the creation of a business plan for the establishment of a café in Uherské Ostroh, which will focus on a special offer of drinks and desserts. This thesis starts with the theoretical part, where a literature search on the topic is conducted, which is necessary for the development of the other parts. The theoretical part is followed by an analysis of the current situation, which includes an analysis of the general environment, the industry environment and a SWOT analysis. Marketing research is also conducted to determine the preferences and demand of potential customers. This is followed by the design part where the results of the analysis and marketing research are used and an organisational, operational, marketing and financial plan is drawn up. At the very end of the work, a turning point is found and the return on investment is evaluated.
