Spodní stavba školícího střediska firmy BATIST

Abstract

Obsahem bakalářské práce je stavebně-technologický projekt školicího centra firmy Batist, Červený Kostelec. Detailněji se zabývá nejoptimálnějšími technologickými postupy pro bourací práce a zemní práce spolu se základovými konstrukcemi spodní stavby. Předpisy jsou doplněny kontrolními a zkušebními plány, vhodnou strojní sestavou a zařízením staveniště. Dále je řešena bezpečnost práce, časový plán a rozpočet stavby. Nejzajímavější bude finanční srovnání původního návrhu založení stavby na železobetonových pasech spolu s hutněním podkladních vrstev a následný návrh založení objektu na vrtaných pilotách.The subject of my bachelor thesis is the construction-technological project of a training center of company Batist, Červený Kostelec. Thesis is focused on the most optimal technological procedures of demolition and groundworks along with base designs substructures. Regulations are supplemented by inspectional and trial plans, appropriate machinery and equipment of assembly site. Included is also work safety, time schedule and budget of substruture. The most interesting thing of my thesis will be comparison of the financial foundation with the original design of reinforced concrete structures on foundation along with compaction of the substrate, the design of the building foundation on bored piles.
