Studie silničních fréz

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo provést studii silničních fréz pro frézování za studena. V úvodu práce je proveden popis různých technologií frézování. Nechybí ani silový rozbor celého frézovacího procesu. Následuje kategorizace silničních fréz používaných pro frézování za studena. Dále se práce věnuje konstrukcí jednotlivých částí frézovacích strojů. V závěru je proveden rozbor provozních a technických parametrů strojů několika předních výrobců fréz.The goal of this Bachelor’s thesis was to carry out a study of cold planers. At the beginning the thesis describes the different technologies of milling. There is also a force analysis of the whole milling process. The following part is about categorization of road cold milling machines. The next point of thesis is about construction of individual parts of cold planers. In the end there is an analysis of the operational and technical parameters of the milling machines from a few leading manufacturers.
