Využití technologie pěnoasfaltu

Abstract

Cieľom bakalárskej práce bolo spracovať formou rešerše problematiku technológie penoasfaltu pri výrobe a pokládke asfaltových zmesí. Prvá kapitola je venovaná súvislostiam potrebným k pochopeniu problematike znižovania výrobných teplôt a využitia teplých asfaltových zmesí, predovšetkým penoasfaltu. Druhá kapitola je zameraná na objasnenie pojmu teplé asfaltové zmesi a vysvetľuje technológiu výroby penoasfaltu a vlastností asfaltovej peny. Predposledná a najrozsiahlejšia kapitola je prehľadom používaných komerčných produktov, postupov a skúseností s penoasfaltom v zahraničí, kde sú teplé technológie rozšírenejšie. Výsledky týchto štúdií dokazujú, že penoasfalt, ale aj iné druhy teplých asfaltových zmesí, sú ekologickejším ekvivalentom ku klasickým horúcim zmesiam. Posledná kapitola zhrňuje skúsenosti v Českej republike a legislatívu týkajúcu sa technológie penoasfaltu.The aim of this bachelor thesis was to describe the issue of foam bitumen technology in the production and paving of asphalt mixtures. The first chapter is devoted to the contexts needed to understand the issues of reducing production temperatures and the use of warm mix asphalt (WMA), especially foamed bitumen. The second chapter is aimed to understand the concept of warm mix asphalt and explains the production technology of foamed bitumen and the asphalt foam properties. The penultimate and most comprehensive chapter is an overview of commercial products, practices and experience with foamed bitumen abroad, where WMA technologies are more widespread. The results of these studies show that foaming processes, as well as other types of WMA, are more ecological equivalent to commonly used hot mix asphalt. The last chapter summarizes the experience in the Czech Republic and its technical standards of foamed bitumen technology.
