Návrh na optimalizaci stávajících firemních procesů při upgradu IS

Abstract

V moji bakalářské práci jsem se zaměřil na firemní procesy jenž navazují na informační systém firmy a jejich optimalizaci. A to v souvislosti s požadavky firmy na upgrade tohoto systému, jenž plánuje. Práce obsahuje orientaci v základních pojmech ze světa informačních systémů, a firemních procesů, popis aktuální situace ve firmě a návrhy na optimalizaci vybraných procesů pro nový systém.In my bachelor thesis I focused on the business processes that concur on information system of a company and their optimization. I focused on this problem within the context of company demands for planned upgrade of this system. My thesis also include the orientation in basic terms from the world of information system and business processes, the description of actual situation in company and some proposals on optimization of particular processes for the new system.
