Analýza vybrané firmy

Abstract

Bakalářská práce pojednává o hledání míst a rezerv, kde by středně velká výrobní společnost mohla snižovat náklady a současně zaručit růst produktivity. Práce vychází z komplexního posouzení současného stavu firmy, souborem analýz a definováním silných a slabých stránek výrobní společnosti. Obsahuje návrhy možných řešení, které mají vést ke zlepšení zjištěné situace podniku v dalších letech.This bachelor´s thesis talks about looking for places and reserves where the middle-sized manufacturing company could reduce the costs and at the same time could ensure the growht of productivity. It is focusing on an overall review of the firm standing, on different kinds of analysis and definition of strong and weak points of production company. The work includes proposals of possible solutions which should result in the improvement of the identified situation of the firm in future years.
