Posouzení stávající ekonomické situace společnosti a návrhy na její zlepšení

Abstract

Diplomová práca sa zameriava na zhodnotenie finančnej situácie spoločnosti HELLA Slovakia Lighting s.r.o. prostredníctvom finančnej analýzy a štatistických metód. Teoretická časť je rozdelená na finančnú a štatistickú teóriu. Obsahuje definície vybraných finančných ukazovateľov a štatistických metód, ako sú časové rady, regresná analýza a korelačná analýza. Na teoretické východiská nadväzuje analytická časť, kde je podrobne vyhodnotený finančný stav analyzovaného podniku, pričom sú zároveň odhadnuté budúce hodnoty vybraných ukazovateľov. Niektoré z nich sú ďalej spracované pomocou korelačnej analýzy, ktorá skúma vzťahy a prepojenia medzi jednotlivými ukazovateľmi. V záverečnej časti práce sú spracované odporúčania a návrhy opatrení, ktoré by mohli prispieť k zlepšeniu ekonomickej situácie spoločnosti.The thesis focuses on assessing the financial situation of HELLA Slovakia Lighting s.r.o. through financial analysis and statistical methods. The theoretical part is divided into financial and statistical theory. It includes definitions of selected financial indicators and statistical methods such as time series, regression analysis, and correlation analysis. The theoretical background is followed by the analytical part, which provides a detailed evaluation of the financial condition of the analyzed company, along with forecasts of selected indicators. Some of these indicators are further examined using correlation analysis, which explores the relationships and interconnections between individual indicators. In the final part of the thesis, recommendations and proposed measures are presented that could contribute to improving the company's economic situation.
