dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá určením vlivu velikosti montážní vůle na deformaci a napjatost v radiálním kuličkovém ložisku. Téma diplomové práce bylo zadáno společností ZKL – Výzkum a vývoj, a.s.. Pro šest různých radiálních vůlí a vybrané kuličkové ložisko byla provedena statická analýza silově zatížených globálních výpočtových modelů. Následně byla provedena statická analýza lokálních výpočtových modelů zatížených deformačně podle výsledků z modelů globálních. Výstupem analýzy lokálních modelů byly velikosti napětí, jež vedly k analýze ložiska s dalšími dvěma modely materiálu. K řešení zadaného problému byl použit pre/postprocesor Patran a řešič MSC.Marc.cs
dc.description.abstractThis master thesis deals with the influence of assembly clearance on strain and stress in the radial ball bearing. The theme of this thesis was commissioned by ZKL - Research and development, a. s. For six different assembly clearances and selected ball bearing was made force-loaded static analysis of global computational models. Subsequently was made a static analysis of local computational models loaded by strain according to the results of global models. The output of analysis of local models was sizes of stress, which led to the analysis of bearing with two other models of material. For the solution of the problem was used pre/post processor Patran and solver MSC.Marc.en
