Ekonomická efektivnost a finanční proveditelnost investičního projektu

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku ekonomické efektivnosti a finanční proveditelnosti investičních projektů. V teoretické části jsou rozebrány základní pojmy související s investičními projekty, popsány principy jejich ekonomického a finančního posuzování a shrnuty metody, které se při tomto hodnocení běžně používají. V navazující praktické části jsou tyto teoretické poznatky ilustrovány na zpracované případové studii konkrétní železniční stavby, u které je analyzována její ekonomická efektivnost a finanční proveditelnost. Tato analýza je zpracována podle staré i nové resortní metodiky a následně jsou srovnány jejich výsledky.This bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of economic efficiency and financial feasibility of investment projects. The theoretical part discusses the basic concepts related to investment projects, describes the principles of their economic and financial assessment and summarizes the methods commonly used in this assessment. In the following practical part, these theoretical findings are illustrated by a case study of a specific railway construction, for which its economic efficiency and financial feasibility are analysed. This analysis is prepared according to both the old and the new departmental methodology and then their results are compared.
