Návrh podnikatelského záměru

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá vypracováním podnikatelského záměru na založení fitness centra v Hulíně včetně jeho finanční stránky. Při zpracování vycházím z osobních zkušeností a analýzy současného stavu oboru. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část je zaměřena na pojem podnikatelský záměr a popisuje jeho jednotlivé náležitosti. Druhá část pojednává o aplikaci podnikatelského záměru na konkrétní podnik, tedy fitness centrum.This bachelor thesis is concerned with a business plan of a fitness centre in the city of Hulín, including financial matters. The analysis of the present situation in the field and my personal experience are taken into consideration. The thesis consists of two parts. In the theoretical part, I describe a business plan and its structure in general and the legal conditions and specifics of business enterprise in Czech Republic. I also deal with several analyses employed at the company. In the practical part, the theoretical business plan is applied to the concrete company, the fitness centre.
