REVITALIZACE A PROSTOROVÁ KULTIVACE KLÁŠTERA DOMINIKÁNŮ VE ZNOJMĚ

Abstract

Predmetom diplomovej práce je urbanistická a architektonická štúdia komplexu kláštora dominikánov v historickom centre mesta Znojmo. Práca si kladie za cieľ nájsť vhodné programové riešenie areálu s ohľadom na historický i súčasný spoločenský kontext tak, aby sa riešené územie opätovne začlenilo do života a štruktúry mesta. Teoretická časť diplomovej práce analyzuje historicko-kultúrne východiská v oblasti architektúry cirkevných stavieb, viery v spoločnosti a komunity Rádu bratov kazateľov. Návrhová časť diplomovej práce sa venuje celkovej revitalizácií areálu, pozostávajúcej z prestavby objektu bývalého kláštora dominikánov, priľahlého objektu fary, návrhu novostavby dopĺňajúcej stavebný súbor a kultivácií exteriérových plôch. Dôraz je kladený na udržateľné využitie areálu ako funkčného prepojeného celku odpovedajúceho potrebám modernej mestskej spoločnosti. Výsledkom návrhu je komplexné riešenie vytvárajúce nové prostredie pre kultúru, služby, prácu, bývanie i voľný čas, a tým zároveň posilňovať komunitné vzťahy obyvateľov Znojma.

The subject of the thesis is an urban and architectural study of the Dominican monastery complex in the historic center of Znojmo. The aim of the work is to find a suitable programmatic solution for the area, taking into account the historical and current social context, so that the treated territory is re-integrated into the life and structure of the city. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis analyzes the historical and cultural starting points in the area of the architecture of church buildings, faith in society and the community of the Order of Preachers’ Brothers. The design part of the diploma thesis is devoted to the overall revitalization of the area, consisting of the reconstruction of the former Dominican monastery, the adjacent rectory, the design of a new housing structure complementing the building ensemble, and the cultivation of exterior areas. Emphasis is placed on the sustainable use of the area as a functional interconnected unit meeting the needs of modern urban society. The result of the proposal is a complex solution creating a new environment for culture, services, work, housing and leisure time, thereby simultaneously strengthening the community relations of the inhabitants of Znojmo.
