Náklady revitalizace bytového domu

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na náklady rekonstrukce bytových domů. V teoretické části je popsáno řízení výstavbového projektu, životní cyklus budov a náklady na jednotlivé etapy tohoto cyklu. Dále jsou budovy popsány z hlediska funkčních dílů. V praktické části se práce zaměřuje na stanovení realizačních nákladů dvou bytových domů, zkoumání životnosti jednotlivých funkčních dílů a dále na možnosti jejich rekonstrukce. V závěru je vytvořen harmonogram a rozpočet prací a rekonstrukce je analyzována z ekonomického hlediska.This bachelor thesis focuses on the reconstruction costs of the residential houses. The theoretical part describes the management of the construction project, building life cycle and the costs of the each individual stages of the cycle. Furthermore these buildings are described on the basis of the functional parts. In the practical part the thesis focuses on the determination of the realization costs of two residential houses, the durability of individual functional parts and the possibilities of their reconstruction. At the end the budget and schedule are created and the reconstruction is analysed from an economic point of view.
