dc.description.abstractCurrently, the use of loss curves is largely limited, since they are usually based only on a few selected parameters. As a result, the amount of estimated losses may not fully correspond to the real costs of restoring the building to its original condition. The aim of the presented research is to determine whether the factor of room dimensions has a significant effect on the amount of unit flood loss on a building. It has been found that this effect may have a significant impact on the evaluation of flood loss on the level of a single room using loss curves. Therefore, it is concluded that this issue should be examined further to establish its significance on the level of whole buildings in order to increase the accuracy of flood loss evaluations carried out by insurance companies.en
dc.description.abstractV současnosti je využití škodních křivek limitováno, jelikož jsou založeny pouze na několika vybraných parametrech. V důsledku pak výše oceněné škody nemusí plně korespondovat se skutečnými náklady souvisejícími s uvedením poškozeného objektu do původního stavu. Cílem tohoto příspěvku je vyhodnotit, zda má faktor rozměrů místnosti významný vliv na velikost jednotkové škody na budově způsobené povodní. Bylo zjištěno, že tento faktor může mít významný vliv na oceňování povodňových škod na budovách s využitím škodních křivek. Je proto žádoucí v tomto výzkumu dále pokračovat, aby bylo možné vyhodnotit tento vliv i na úrovni celého objektu a zpřesnit tak oceňování povodňových škod prováděné pojišťovnami.cs
