Nová sklárna v Květné

Abstract

Sklárna v Květné dnes představuje jedno z posledních míst, kde se stále udržuje tradiční ruční výroba skla. Její historická hodnota, kulturní zázemí i sociální význam zůstávají pro místní komunitu zásadní. Vzhledem k postupnému ústupu tohoto řemesla jsem se ve své práci zaměřil na možnosti, jak sklárnu znovu aktivně zapojit do života obce a jak přispět k propagaci a udržení této tradice. Návrh pracuje sexistující strukturou areálu a doplňuje ji o strukturu zaměřenou na návštěvnický zážitek. Zároveň hledá cestu, jak skloubit potřeby současného provozu s respektem k venkovskému charakteru okolí a kulturní kontinuitě místa. Výsledkem je koncepce, která sklárnu vnímá nejen jako výrobní podnik, ale i jako potenciální prostor pro komunitní, vzdělávací a kulturní aktivity.Today, the glassworks in Květná is one of the last places where traditional handmade glass production is still maintained. Its historical value, cultural background and social significance remain essential to the local community. Due to the gradual decline of this craft, my work has focused on the possibilities of how to actively involve the glassworks in the life of the village again and how to contribute to the promotion and maintenance of this tradition. The proposal works with the existing structure of the site and adds to it a structure focused on the visitor experience. It also seeks to reconcile the needs of the current operation with respect for the rural character of the area and the cultural continuity of the site. The result is a concept that sees the glassworks not only as a production facility but also as a potential space for community, educational and cultural activities.
